Allow me to introduce myself. I got started in the world of sales and customer service in 1982, when I started a small oilfield service company. The early 80’s were not a good time for the industry and I learned that survival meant providing the best customer service possible.
After seven years operating the business, I moved into the retail sector when I opened a decorating store. By 1998, I felt I had enough experience working with people and the expertise from providing customer service to move into the world of residential real estate. After successfully completing the real estates agents’ course, I received my license in January of 1999.
I started my career with The Sutton Group, eight months later my office became part of the MaxWell Real Estate organization. I established a thriving real estate business with MaxWell, achieving several sales awards during my time there.
After completing the Real Estate Brokers program in 2004, I was asked to join Calgary First Real Estate as their Associate Broker. I have been with the company ever since, with my business continuously growing.
I believe that continuing education plays a big part in operating a successful real estate business. Over the years I have completed several courses offered by the Calgary Real Estate Board. In 2006 I analyzed my business and determined that the sale of condominiums had become half of my business. In order to provide the best service for my condominium customers, I completed the Condominium Specialist classes offered by the board and earned the CCS designation. (Certified Condominium Specialist) In order to gain further knowledge of how condominiums operate, I have served on the board of directors in both of the complexes where I own rental properties. I can now provide my condominium customers the benifits of my education and experience.
Due to a lifetime of experience I have enjoyed a thriving real estate career and look forward to helping you make the right choice for all your real estate needs.
