Stats show that 97% of all real estate searches start on line. It is very rare that a client starts their house hunting other than on line. That's why I have developed a concise marketing plan which will help achieve the highest results when you decide to list your home.

1. Web Presence
The web is Real Estate's reality. With the majority of Buyers starting their search on line if you're a REALTOR® without a website how are the Buyers going to find you? I not only have a strong website with relevant information, I am continuously adding new information to ensure its high ranking with Google. My site has over 25,000 hits per month
2. Professional Photographs
Real estate photos are worth more than a thousand words and making every pixel count is more important than ever. I hire a very talented real estate photographer to capture all the best features and assets that your home has to offer. This service includes 40 high quality still shots. The
3. Custom Virtual Tour
I use the same professional photographer for all of my Virtual tours. The tours are hosted on My Visual Listings web site, which is linked to mine and Realtor.ca. I also advertise all tours on social media as well; I use Twitter and LinkedIn to get maximum exposure for your tours.
4. Social Media
Every new condo and house listing, open house, price change and sale is broadcast to the world via my Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. Social Media is what is happening now; these sites are gathering new members in numbers that traditional media such at Newspapers and Television can only dream of.
5. Craigslist & Kijiji Ads
These are the two most popular classified websites that your home will be advertised on, complete with links to your virtual tours. I also use sites such as Calgaryfinder.com, Used Calgary.com as well as the Market Place on Facebook. There are several others available but I find these five to be the best and give your home Maximum exposure!
6. Video Blogging
I am taking a new approach to marketing-the Video Blog. Video Blogging is a way to get more exposure for me which in turns brings people to my web site which creates more exposure for all my listings. The video blogs are about my opinions and thoughts of real estate in the Calgary marketplace. I try to be original, sometimes controversial, as I said, they are my opinions.
7. Open Houses
Open houses do work, although very few homes are actually sold from open house efforts alone, I will always be sure to host an open house when your listing first hits the marketplace.
